Stephanie Belanger has more than 15 years of experience as a paralegal in the Banking and Finance Practice Group.
Her experience covers multiple phases of the commercial lending process. She assists attorneys with the documentation of single-lender as well as multi-bank agented and syndicated loan transactions, general commercial loans, commercial real estate financing and cross-border transactions. In addition to working with national and regional financial institutions, she also has experience assisting corporate clients, including private equity firms, with general business, borrowing and financing transactions.
