Spencer M. Darling is a member of Bodman’s Intellectual Property Practice Group. He represents clients in connection with intellectual property transactions and dispute resolution processes, trademark registrations and brand protection matters.
As a law student, Spencer served as a student attorney for the University of Michigan Law School Veterans Clinic, where he provided free legal services to veterans.
Spencer was an Associate Editor and Managing Editor for the Journal of Law Reform, where he earned the Award for Exceptional Service for outstanding all-around contributions to the journal.
