Kathy Murphy is a real estate paralegal with over three decades experience at Bodman. She supports attorneys representing businesses and financial institutions in commercial and industrial real estate transactions and real estate finance matters.
Her strengths include meticulous attention to detail and a comprehensive understanding of legal processes that have helped Bodman’s real estate attorneys to close countless successful transactions over the years.
In addition to her role in real estate, Kathy is a member of the Firm’s Technology Committee, where she contributes to the adoption and integration of software solutions. Her knack for technology combined with her years of experience has helped streamline processes, enhance efficiency, and stay ahead in an increasingly digital landscape.
Beyond her professional endeavors, Kathy is deeply committed to fostering a positive firm culture and making a meaningful impact in her community.
