Joseph Haddad represents high net worth individuals in connection with estate planning, trust and estate administration, and other matters related to tax planning and business ventures.
Before joining Bodman as an associate attorney he worked as a law clerk with the High Net Worth Group where he participated in the representation of individual clients in connection with estate planning and personal business transactions.
At the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law, Joseph earned the Dean’s Scholarship for Excellence and served as President of the Business Law Society.
As a law student, Joseph served as a Judicial Extern for the Hon. Christopher M. Murray, Chief Judge of the Michigan Court of Appeals. Before attending law school, he interned as a Financial Analyst with a publicly-traded global staffing company.

Joseph Haddad Assists Client with Estate Plan and Property Transfer
Joseph Haddad assisted his client, Ms. W, on the completion of her estate plan and property transfer documents. Ms. W connected with Bodman and Joseph through Lakeshore Legal Aid for guidance on transferring her home in Clinton Township, Michigan, to her daughter after she passes. Joseph provided a lady bird deed and the necessary property transfer documents to achieve Ms. W’s desired outcome. Joseph also provided Ms. W with medical and financial power of attorney documents. In addition, Joseph offered advice for Ms. W’s mother’s estate.
