Grace Heidorn represents clients involved in commercial litigation matters.
Before joining Bodman as an associate attorney, Grace participated in the firm’s summer associate program.
During law school, Grace served as a prosecuting and appellate intern at the Washtenaw County Prosecutor’s Office. There she drafted numerous motions, managed her personal docket of cases, and frequently appeared on the record. She acted as the lead attorney in a bench trial by delivering the opening statement, conducting examinations, and delivering the closing argument. She also conducted voir dire of potential jurors and delivered the opening statement in a jury trial. Prior to law school, Grace was a law clerk at a Midwest-based law firm. She reviewed and summarized Interrogatories, Requests for Production, and Requests for Admission.
As a law student, Grace received CALI Awards for the highest grades in Trial Advocacy and Legal Writing for Civil Litigation.
