Gabrielle M. DeLeon represents banks, financial institutions and corporate clients in secured and unsecured lending transactions, including single-lender and syndicated credit facilities.
Before joining Bodman, Gabrielle served as a financial services associate at a AMLaw 200 law firm based in North Carolina. In this role, she drafted and negotiated primary transaction documents including credit agreements, security and pledge agreements and legal opinions for secured and unsecured lending transactions, as well as coordinating closing and managing post-closing obligations.
As a law student, Gabrielle served as an extern to U.S. Magistrate Judge Jeffrey S. Frensley of the United States District for the Middle District of Tennessee. She conducted legal research and drafted reports and recommendations on a wide range of topics including the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974, Social Security Disability Benefits, and various matters under the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure.
