For more than 20 years Diane has worked with IP attorneys in a range of environments, from in-house support for multi-national corporations to hybrid/remote support for law firms of all sizes.
She has provided support and mentoring for patent prosecution in various roles, including Legal Assistant, Paralegal, Consultant, Annuities Administrator, and as a Docket Administrator for U.S. and foreign patents and trademarks. Due to her patent docketing knowledge and prior experience in Information Technology, she has also assisted with several database testing and migration projects over her career.
Diane currently handles all docketing and annuities administration for Bodman’s Patent Practice Group.
