Carol Cerwin has over 45 years of experience with banks, law firms, and accounting firms as a Paralegal handling estate planning, probate, and trust administration, and as a Trust Officer.
Carol currently specializes in post-death estate and trust administration, including preparing federal estate tax returns (Form 706) and estate and trust accountings.
Carol has been a guest speaker for the Ethics class, as well as an instructor of Estate Planning, for the paralegal program at Oakland University. In addition, she served as a member of the Oakland University Paralegal Advisory Board.
