Angela Quinn advises high net worth clients on estate planning, estate administration, and related tax and personal business matters.
Before joining Bodman in November 2021 she practiced with the personal legal services group of another large Michigan-based law firm where she was active in a variety of probate and estate planning matters. She has conducted research on the implications of life insurance policies as it relates to estate tax, prepared documents relevant to administrating various settlement cases, and produced petitions and filings for estate administrations, conservatorships, and guardianships.
As a law student at Michigan State University College of Law, Ms. Quinn worked as a legal clinician with the Alvin L. Storrs Low-Income Taxpayer Clinic where she researched federal and state tax assessment and collection issues and managed individual client cases. She also worked as a legal intern with Elder Law of Michigan where she responded to client inquiries and drafted blog posts on contemporary elder law topics.
She is a member of the State Bar of Michigan (Young Lawyers Section). As an undergraduate at Aquinas College, Ms. Quinn was captain of the Women’s Lacrosse Team and was a member of Athletes in Action. She placed among the Top 24 Best Oral Arguments in the Great Lakes American Moot Court Conference (2015 and 2016).
