Susan Kornfield Serves as Panelist at NFT and Digital Collectibles Summit

Susan M. Kornfield, chair of Bodman’s Intellectual Property Practice Group, served as a panelist at the recent NFT and Digital Collectibles Summit presented by Licensing International.
The Summit focused on cutting-edge legal and technology issues involved in the marketing of digital collectibles and non-fungible tokens (NFTs).
Kornfield served as an IP expert for a panel discussion on “Interpretation of NFT & Digital Rights” and provided commentary on whether traditional notions of intellectual property will persist in the new medium of NFTs. She was also quoted in a report on the Summit, “Communities Seen as Key to NFT Future,” posted on licensinginternational.org.
