Bodman PLC is pleased to congratulate four of our attorneys who have been selected as Crain’s 2025 Notable Litigators and Trial Attorneys.

John D. Gardiner and Rachael Roseman were selected for the Crain’s Grand Rapids Business publication and Justin P. Bagdady and Michelle T. Czapski were selected for the Crain’s Detroit Business publication.

This year’s Notables class includes attorneys who have made a measurable and specific effect in their field, including participation in pro bono work, mentoring other attorneys, promoting inclusive practices in the workplace, and showing leadership outside of their organization via involvement in civic or professional organizations.

Bagdady is the co-chair of Bodman’s Intellectual Property Practice Group and is based in the firm’s Ann Arbor office. He has a focus on intellectual property litigation including trademark, trade dress, copyright, trade secret, unfair competition, patent ownership disputes, and anti-cybersquatting cases in federal courts throughout the country. He is listed in several publications including DBusiness Magazine’s “Top Lawyers” under Litigation-Intellectual Property, Benchmark Litigation’s “40 & Under Hot List” and as a “Litigation Star,” and Michigan Rising Stars under Business Litigation.
