Bodman PLC is pleased to announce Frank J. Manley, a business law attorney, has joined the firm’s Ann Arbor office as a member.
He is currently admitted to practice law in New York and Massachusetts. His admission to the State Bar of Michigan is pending.
Manley represents clients in a variety of general business transactions and in matters involving corporate governance, commercial contractual issues, mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, and debt and equity financing.
Before joining Bodman, Manley practiced in the New York office of a global law firm where he focused on complex financial transactions. In that role, he worked with commercial and investment banks, hedge funds, and public and private companies to structure and execute a wide range of domestic and cross-border banking, financial services, and debt trading and investment transactions. Prior to that, he worked at a large, international Boston-based firm as a member of the finance and debt capital markets practice group, representing top-tier private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies, venture funds and late stage VC-backed companies, public companies, investors, and lenders.
Manley is a cum laude graduate of Harvard Law School, where he served as an editor for the Harvard Journal of Law and Public Policy.
