Bodman PLC Awarded Mansfield Certification Plus for 2023-2024

Bodman PLC is pleased to announce that for the second year in a row it has been awarded Mansfield Certification Plus status, the highest level of designation in the Mansfield program.
“We are thrilled to be awarded Certification Plus status for another year,” said Bodman Chair Carrie Leahy. “Inclusivity is a pillar of Bodman’s culture and we are continually striving to create a space that is welcoming and supportive of all, both internally and externally when serving our clients.”
The Mansfield framework is a science-backed, data-driven framework aimed at helping participating law firms boost inclusivity, access, and diversity when considering candidates for hiring and leadership opportunities. After taking part in the year-long, structured process, law firms are awarded Certification status based on their commitment to transparency, accountability, and knowledge-sharing. In addition, more than half of the 2023-2024 participating law firms were awarded “Mansfield Certification Plus,” a designation reserved for firms that voluntarily reported the outcomes of their inclusive processes.
