Zhang is a member of Bodman's Enterprise Procurement practice and represents business clients in connection with the drafting and negotiation of commercial contracts. Educated in mainland China before attending law school in the U.S., she is a native speaker of Mandarin Chinese.

Bodman recently represented Art Van Elslander and his iconic furniture store, Art Van, Inc., in the sale of the company and its subsidiaries to private equity firm Thomas H. Lee Partners of Boston.
