Adomas Rauckis focuses his practice on mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance matters, public securities offerings, and venture capital financing.
Before joining Bodman, he was an associate at an AmLaw 100 law firm where he served as lead associate on complex M&A transactions and drafted transaction documents including purchase agreements, subscription documents, due diligence memoranda, disclosure schedules, reorganization packages, and other ancillary agreements. He also served as lead attorney on venture capital financing transactions where he drafted transaction documents and guided startup companies through the due diligence and close phases.
As a law student at Wayne State University Law School, Adomas served as a Senior Articles Editor for the Wayne Law Review. He received the David Adamany Endowed Constitutional Law Scholar Award which is gifted to law students who are outstanding scholars in constitutional law as well as the Frances and Charles Driker Academic Award. He also received the Edward H. Rackow Scholarship from the Federal Bar Association which honors students who demonstrate outstanding scholarly achievement in securities, operations or business law. He served in legal internships with Tata Motors in Pune, India and with the Internal Revenue Service Office of Chief Counsel in Detroit.

- Assisted in the representation of a real estate investment trust in various public equity offerings raising gross proceeds of approximately $3 billion.
- Led the closings of public debt offerings of a real estate investment trust raising gross proceeds of approximately $1.2 billion.
- Served as issuer counsel in the inaugural forward sale offering of approximately $1.2 billion of public equity of a real estate investment trust.
- Assisted in the representation of an independent sponsor in connection with the acquisition of an infrastructure construction company.
