Ms. Aidenbaum is a member of the Business Practice Group.
She represents business clients involved in a variety of matters including corporate organizations, mergers and acquisitions, and other commercial transactions.
As an undergraduate student at the University of Pennsylvania, Ms. Aidenbaum served as a judicial intern for Judge Avern Cohn of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan. While attending Harvard Law School, she worked as a legal clerk at the Center for Individual Rights in Washington, D.C. and served as a line editor on the Harvard Journal of Law and Public Policy. She also received the Dean’s Scholar distinction in First-Year Legal Research and Writing, as well as in Legal Profession (Legal Ethics).
Before joining Bodman, Ms. Aidenbaum was an associate attorney with Choate Hall & Stewart LLP in Boston, where she performed work in major commercial litigation and government enforcement matters, including white collar defense, internal investigations, and reinsurance arbitrations. Ms. Aidenbaum is currently admitted to practice law in Massachusetts only.
