Overview

Mr. Vukich is a member of the Business Practice Group. He represents clients in matters involving corporate organizations, mergers and acquisitions, new business startups, corporate restructurings, regulatory compliance, and complex commercial transactions.

Prior to joining Bodman, Mr. Vukich was an associate attorney in the Corporate & Securities practice group of Baker & McKenzie LLP in Chicago. At Baker & McKenzie, he assisted primarily with transaction management, document drafting, and due diligence review for various public and private domestic and international transactions, as well as with corporate governance matters and non-distressed corporate restructurings. He has also spent eighteen months on secondment as in-house counsel to Gardner Denver, Inc., a global manufacturer of industrial compressors, blowers, pumps, loading arms and fuel systems, where he assisted primarily with domestic and international corporate, commercial, real estate and corporate compliance matters.

In law school, Mr. Vukich served as a contributing editor to the Michigan Journal of International Law and as a research and advocacy intern with the Khmer Institute for Democracy, a human rights NGO in Phnom Penh, Cambodia.
