Mr. Bonucchi is a member of the Business Practice Group. He represents business clients involved in a variety of matters including corporate organizations, mergers and acquisitions, and other commercial transactions.
During law school, he served as an Executive Director of the Moot Court Board of Advocates, as a Title Editor of the University of Detroit Mercy Law Review, and as a tutorial assistant for the first year legal research and writing program. As a Moot Court member, he was an award winning brief writer and contributed to teams in three national moot court competitions, advancing to the semi-finals in the Midwest Region of the New York City Bar Association National Moot Court Competition. As a Law Review member he received the Jason Long Award. He was also the recipient of the Dean's Scholarship for Academic Achievement and a member of the Frank Murphy Honor Society.
Prior to joining Bodman, he enjoyed a successful career in corporate procurement, specializing in raw material and component part sourcing. His roles included those of buyer and analyst, supporting both global commodity management and local manufacturing facilities for a Fortune 150 company.
