Mr. Krasuski is a member of the Banking and Bankruptcy and Debtor-Creditor Rights Practice Groups. He represents financial institutions in a variety of commercial lending matters, including advising on troubled credit situations. He also represents creditors, trustees, and other parties in a variety of commercial bankruptcy matters and debtor-creditor disputes.
Before joining Bodman as an associate attorney, he participated in the firm’s summer associate program, gaining broad exposure to a variety of clients and areas of practice.
In law school, Mr. Krasuski served as an associate editor of the Wayne Law Review. He received the highest grade in multiple courses and was a member of the winning team in the Transactional Law Competition Buyer’s Counsel Championship (in both Wayne State and Regional competitions).
Mr. Krasuski has an undergraduate business degree with a major in Accounting. He has served tax internships with the United States Department of Treasury-Internal Revenue Service and with two Fortune 500 industrial corporations.
He is a licensed Realtor and owns a firm that renovates and markets residential rental properties. Mr. Krasuski is a former student-athlete and was a member of the varsity cross-country team at the University of Michigan-Dearborn and a member of the varsity cross-country and track & field teams at Wayne State University.
